Our company provides the following services:
1. Translation of general texts for private use
2. Official or certified translation of documents that are to be submitted to public authorities or services for any matter concerning you, such as, indicatively, participation in ASEP competitive procedures, transactions with public services or financial institutions, etc.
3. Legal translations
4. Translations with Apostille (Hague Convention stamp)
Official/certified translation is carried out by persons duly authorized for the respective language pairs, namely:
a) by our collaborating translators, graduates of the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting of the Ionian University.
b) by our collaborating lawyers, who, depending on the case, are certified speakers of the languages of the original and translated document and are members of the Bar Association of the region in which they practice their profession.
Although the official/certified translations issued by our office are equivalent to those of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, please check whether, for the specific case you are interested in, there is any requirement that the translation be carried out by the Translation Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or another authority.

The documents to be translated must be clear, valid documents (which, if you require an official translation, must be certified true copies of the original). They can be sent electronically to studies- in-uk@hotmail.com or by post to:

The documents should be accompanied by a brief description of the service you require (e.g. the language into which the text should be translated, where it is to be submitted, any deadlines, etc.) as well as any additional information that will help us achieve the best possible result for you.
Our company guarantees the confidentiality of all matters it handles and the absolute security of the documents to be translated.
